1. Product Information and Technical Accuracy
EquipmentFans serves as a specialized distributor and directory. While we strive to provide the most accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical specifications, dimensions, and OEM datasheets on our website, we do not guarantee that the content is completely error-free. Technical specifications are subject to change by the original manufacturers without prior notice.
Crucial Disclaimer: The information provided on our website, including cross-reference recommendations and alternative part suggestions, is for reference purposes only. It is the Buyer’s sole and absolute responsibility to verify the technical suitability, electrical compatibility, and environmental appropriateness of any Product for their specific application and machinery prior to purchase and installation.
2. Quotations, Pricing, and Orders
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product at the incorrect price.
For items subject to a Request for Quote (RFQ), the pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and estimated lead times provided in our formal Proforma Invoice are valid only for the duration specified on that document (typically 14 to 30 days).

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EquipmentFans from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Buyer’s improper use or unauthorized modification of the Products.
4. Warranties
EquipmentFans is a distributor, not the original manufacturer of the Products. We pass through to the Buyer any applicable warranties provided by the original manufacturer, to the extent permitted by law. EquipmentFans makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
