1. Credit and Debit Cards (For Immediate Online Checkout)
For fast processing and immediate order confirmation of in-stock items, we accept all major international credit and debit cards, including:

Credit card payments are processed instantly through our secure payment gateway. EquipmentFans does not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers at any time.
2. PayPal
We offer PayPal as a trusted, third-party payment alternative. You can choose to check out using your existing PayPal balance, bank account linked to PayPal, or credit cards processed through the PayPal system. This option provides an additional layer of buyer protection and convenience for international clients.
3. Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) (Recommended for Bulk RFQs)
For large volume orders, customized sourcing requests, or corporate clients operating strictly via Purchase Orders (POs), we accept direct Wire Transfers.
How it works: Once you accept our formal quotation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice containing our full corporate banking details (including SWIFT/BIC codes and IBAN). Please instruct your bank to ensure all transfer fees are covered so that the exact invoice amount is received. Order processing and lead time calculations will commence only after the funds have successfully cleared into our corporate bank account, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the origin country.
Fraud Prevention Policy

In some cases, especially for high-value first-time orders or when the billing and shipping addresses differ significantly, our compliance team may contact you to request additional verification before the order can be processed and shipped.
